Kendall Frenkel

Kendall is a family nurse practitioner who grew up in Austin. She made her way to Texas Christian University for her Undergraduate in Nursing and was lucky enough to meet her husband there. She started her career at Children’s Medical Center as a nurse and then went back to TCU to further her education with her Doctorate of Nursing practice. As she was searching for a job, Shine stood out as a place that looked at each individual child rather than children as a whole. It was refreshing to find a place that is a refuge and light to patients in our community. Kendall works collaboratively with families to create individualized treatment plans rather than generalized treatment approaches in order to optimally support each patient in their healing.

Kendall and her husband reside in the Fort Worth area with their yellow lab puppy! When Kendall is not at work, you can often find her spending time with her family, cheering on the frogs, reading, and enjoying all Fort Worth has to offer. Kendall feels blessed to be able to work at Shine and serve the patients within our community!
